Nik is a Partner at Nexus Point Danacap, based in Kuala Lumpur. Nik has more than 16 years’ experience in private equity, M&A advisory and corporate strategy development in Southeast Asia. Nik was formerly a Managing Director at Broadgate, a global investment advisory group with presence in Europe and the Middle East, co-heading its Investment Banking business in Southeast Asia. Prior to Broadgate, Nik was a Director of investments at Malaysian mid-market private equity fund Ekuinas, and before that he was a management consultant at Ethos & Company. Nik graduated with an MBA from Yale University, USA, and an MA & BDes from the University of Western Australia.
